The Yorktowne Group is rooted in nearly 40 years of real estate experience. The Yorktowne Group was founded by brothers, Theodore B. Passyn, III, Michael S. Passyn, and John S. Passyn, three individuals with a diversity of experiences in functional and industry roles. The predecessors to The Yorktowne Group started in the 1960's with Theodore B. Passyn and Julia B. Passyn, the parents of the founders. Over the years The Yorktowne Group has grown from renovating multifamily housing in Philadelphia to investing in mixed used parcels with the rights for thousands of units spanning several states and hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space.
