Ben joined the Firm in 2006 after an extensive career in the United States Marine Corps as a commissioned officer working in operations and as a helicopter pilot, including three combat tours to Iraq and other global locales such as west Africa. |
John (Johnny) S. PassynJohn is one of the two executive officers of The Yorktowne Group, LLC. He brings the Firm strong financial and asset management skills combined with exceptional strategy consulting experience. |
John C. PattilloJohn C. Pattillo is the President of the Firm’s Mountain West Division. He brings the Firm extensive financial and project management skills. |
Michael S. PassynMichael was one of the three founders of The Yorktowne Group, LLC. Michael had been with the Firm and its predecessors since 1992, interrupted by time in the United States Marine Corps and graduate school. Michael passed away unexpectantly in late 2004. |
Theodore (Ted) B. Passyn, IIITed is one of the two executive officers of The Yorktowne Group, LLC. Ted has been an owner in the construction, development, and real estate investment industry for his entire professional life, nearly 20 years. Ted will continue to lead the Firm in business development. |
Sharon LewisSharon joined our firm in 2005. She is the firm’s Director of Senior Housing. She brings with her extensive experience in the real estate industry, senior housing, financial administration, human resource management and training and interpersonal communication skills. |
