Steamboat Landing

Steamboat Landing is located just north of CO Route 40 in Steamboat Springs, CO.
The 134 acre property has some of the best views in the County.   The property affords unobstructed vistas of Sleeping Giant, Emerald Mountain and world famous Steamboat Springs Ski Mountain.  The project will have a range of single family and townhome residences.  It will also offer 64 private aircraft hangers with a private pilot’s lounge for flight planning, with taxi way access to Bob Adams field. 

The Yorktowne Group in cooperation with our partner Steamboat Springs Landing Company, LLC is the process of finalizing the concept plan.  The design team lead by Nuszer Kopatz Urban Design Associates has already begun working with the Town and the FAA to begin the approval process.  Construction of the hangars is scheduled to begin in 2009 with the residential units to follow shortly there after.

New Castle

New Castle is located off County Road 240 on the east edge of New Castle, CO.  The location affords beautiful views of the Colorado River Valley.  Nestled between beautiful single family homes and a small shopping area this project will give residents the best of both worlds.  This community will be a balance of Townhome and Condominium residences.


The Parsonage: Georgetown, DE

The Parsonage is located on Sand Hill Rd (north of DE Route 9) in Georgetown, DE.
The ~150 acre property is a Traditional Neighborhood Designed (TND) project with 705 residential units (with over half the units rear loaded) to be constructed by a national home builder, consisting of 321 single family homes, 246 townhouses, 34 villas, and 104 condo/multi-plex units.  In addition, the project has a ~10,000 sq ft club house (including indoor work out, catering, and meeting facilities plus two outdoor swimming pools) and ~300,000 square feet of commercial space including 178 unit senior living facitily of independent living and assisted living.  In addition, the project has nearly 30 acres of open space including ~20 acres of undeveloped forested areas and ~4 miles of walking trails.

The first phase of homes will receive final approval in early 2008 with construction to start soon thereafter. Click here to view layout


Matthewstown Run: Easton, MD

Matthewstown Run is located on MD Route 328 (east of U.S. Route 50) in historic Easton, MD.  The homes at Matthewstown Run were built by a local home builder.  The property consists of 248 Single Family homes with a large central park and a significant amount of lands preserved for forest conservation.

The project is completed.


Hunters Mill: Easton, MD

Hunters Mill is located on MD Route 328 (east of U.S. Route 50) in historic Easton, MD.  The ~160 acre property will ultimately consist of more than 350 single family homes with nearly 70 acres of lands preserved for parks and conservation.  The homes at Hunters Mill are to be built by national home builder Ryan Homes.  The first phase of ~60 units will have final approval in mid-2007 and will start construction soon thereafter.  The second phase of an additional ~50 units will receive final approvals in early 2008.

The additional phases will follow after the second phase.


Hopewell Corner: Chestertown, MD

Hopewell Corner is a located east of MD Route 213 in historic Chestertown, MD.  The project is entitled to 400+ homes of various types (single family, townhouse, condo/multi-plex).  The homes at Hopewell Corner are anticipated to be built by a combination of builders.  The project is going through the approval process.


Tidewater Farms: Preston, MD

Tidewater Farms is located on Payne Rd (west of MD Route 331).  The project consists of single family homes built by national home builder Ryan Homes.

The project is completed.


Old Trappe: Trappe, MD

Old Trappe is located just off Main Street and across the street from White Marsh Elementary School (west of U.S. Route 50) in historic Trappe, MD.  The homes at Old Trappe were built by a local home builder.  The property consists of Townhouses and Single Family homes.

The project is completed.


The Oaks: Georgetown, DE

The Oaks is located off of Arrow Safety Rd on the west side of town.  The property was entitled for 270 homes of various types (single family, townhouse, condo/multi-plex) and is being built by regional builder Anderson Homes.

The project is ongoing as sold to Anderson Homes.


Bayly Crossing: Cambridge, MD

Bayly Crossing is located on High Street (west of MD Route 341) in Cambridge, MD.  The project consists of single family homes, primarily built by national home builder Gemcraft Homes.

The project is completed.


Doncaster Farms: Talbot County, MD

Doncaster Farms is located on Doncaster Rd (north of MD Route 33) in Talbot County, MD.  The project consists of single family homes built by local builders, mostly Richland Homes.
